LOCATION: Columbia & Orangeburg, South Carolina
POSITION SUMMARY:
Sun Solutions is seeking experienced 40” printing press operators. Put your skills to work in our state of the art printing facility where we print high-quality, full-color products that make our customers’ images jump off the page.
POSITION SCHEDULE:
Multiple shifts available. Work 4 days with potential overtime.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Read and follow job orders
- Setup jobs and operate printing press
- Monitor output to assure quality throughout each run
- Monitor equipment and perform routine/preventive maintenance Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
EXPERIENCE:
Candidates must be able to read and understand a job ticket, layout sheet, artwork and other specifications. Previous printing/press experience on one or more of the following is required: sheet-fed experience in a fast set up environment is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the functions of this job. The employee is required to sit, stand, kneel and crouch. The employee must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
