LOCATION: Columbia, SC
POSITION SUMMARY:
CMS is looking for an experienced Mail Sorting Operator to join our team at our mail facility in Columbia, SC. This position will be responsible for set-up, operating and maintaining machinery related to daily bulk mail processing.
POSITION SCHEDULE:
Full-time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Machine operation experience required
- Adjust machine during production run as required for, adherence to all quality and mail processing requirements.
- May operate two or more machines simultaneously.
- Must be mechanically inclined.
- May use solvents when cleaning; oils during lubrication; and alcohol or alcohol replacement during upkeep and operation of unit.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs. Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise at varying levels (hearing protection provided).
